Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders within Australia over $150.

We offer a flat rate regular shipping option of $9.95 within Australia.

Express shipping is also available within Australia at a rate of $19.95.

At this point in time Regal on Queen does not offer international shipping, however if you would like to purchase from us, please send us an email at regalonqueen@gmail.com

We use Australia Post registered service, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carriers. 

Orders within metro areas usually deliver within 3-5 business days.
Regional areas, QLD and WA will take between 3-6 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached.

If you wish to return your item for an exchange or credit voucher you make contact within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please email regalonqueen@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to exchange or return for a credit voucher. 

What cannot be returned 

  • Items that are marked “FINAL SALE” in their product description.
  • Items that have been worn, used or are damaged.
  • Jewellery items due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty items

We quality control all items before they are packaged and shipped to you to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you have encountered a faulty item please contact us at regalonqueen@gmail.com so we can arrange the best possible course of action for you.

Returns Address

If you need to return an item back to us, please send it to the address listed below: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you purchase a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
